OFFICIAL RULES: SNKRDUNK LegitCheck Challenge

1. Eligibility The contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. Campaign Period The campaign begins on 1st September 2025 at 12:00 a.m. EST and ends on 30th September 2025 at 11:59 p.m. EST. All entries must be received within this period.

3. How to Enter To enter the contest, an individual must:

• Post a photo or video on their personal Instagram account that includes a recent purchase from SNKRDUNK.
• The post must tag the official SNKRDUNK instagram account: @SNKRDUNK.
• The post must include the official contest hashtag: #SNKRDUNKLegitCheck.
• Entrants may submit as many posts as they wish throughout the campaign period. Each unique post that meets the entry criteria will count as one entry.
• Entries must be from a public and visible social media account. Posts from private accounts will not be eligible.
• Any entries that are incomplete, do not adhere to the rules or specifications, or are submitted with fraudulent methods may be disqualified at SNKRDUNK’s sole discretion.

4. Post Content Requirements All submitted content must be the entrant’s own original work. Content must not contain any material that violates or infringes upon another’s rights, including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, or privacy rights. Content must not be inappropriate, obscene, or hateful. Entries previously submitted in other contests or promotions are not eligible.

5. Winner Selection and Notification Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and relevance to the contest theme by a panel of judges from SNKRDUNK. The winner will be notified via Direct Message on the platform on which they entered within 5 business days after the contest ends. To receive the prize, the winner must provide a valid SNKRDUNK user account or create one if they do not already have one. The winner will be required to confirm their user account information to receive the prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 48 hours of notification, or fails to meet the eligibility requirements, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

6. Prize One (1) winner will receive a single-use coupon code for a store credit of up to $500 to be used on the SNKRDUNK app. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash equivalent or substitution of the prize is offered, except at SNKRDUNK’s sole discretion. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

7. Rights and Permissions By submitting a post, the entrant grants SNKRDUNK a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the content (in whole or in part) for promotional purposes in any media, globally, without any further compensation or notice.

8. General Conditions SNKRDUNK reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest should any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control impair the integrity of the contest. SNKRDUNK is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. You are providing your information to SNKRDUNK and not to the social media platforms.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless SNKRDUNK from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property that may be sustained in connection with this contest.

10. Privacy Policy Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the SNKRDUNK website.
