Within the context of the Pokémon TCG, by far the most well-known Cinccino card is the one from Wild Force [SV5K] for its gameplay capabilities. It was a key part of the iconic Lugia VSTAR deck—arguably the greatest deck in Pokémon TCG history. However, before that another Cinccino card drew the interest of several collectors—the card from Shiny Star V [S4a].

About Cinccino (Shiny Star V [S4a] 293/190)

This Gen 8 card is a reprint of a card originally from Sword [S1W], this one, however, showcases the Shiny version of the Scarf Pokémon. Shiny Star V [S4a] derives its name from the many cards in it which are Shiny reprints of previously-existing cards. Just about any card which depicts a Shiny Pokémon sees its value elevated, and this card is no different.

The sparkles surrounding Cinccino are a reference to the visual effect seen in the Pokémon video games when a Shiny Pokémon is sent into combat. Many cards depicting a Shiny Pokémon include this element in their illustrations; it’s one which further increases demand for the card.

The English version of this card is card SV094/SV122 from Shining Fates.

A copy of a Cinccino (Shiny Star V [S4a] 293/190) card costs relatively little at just 410 JPY (~US$2.77).
