When cult street style meets coffeehouse ritual.
This summer, Starbucks Coffee Japan unlocks a new chapter in beverage culture with a highly anticipated collaboration: welcoming fragment design for an unprecedented partnership. Taste meets cult design with the debut of both a first-ever collaborative beverage—BBTEA by FRAGMENT—and the must-have collectible: the Reusable Cup FRGMT MYST.
About the fragment design x Starbucks 2025 Collaboration

BBTEA by FRAGMENT—Take-out: 609 JPY (~US$4) / Eat-in: 920 JPY (~US$6)
Curated by visionary Hiroshi Fujiwara himself, this drink was born from his simple love for espresso and his desire to reimagine what a hybrid beverage could be.
Infused with star quality, the BBTEA is a clever reinvention: inspired by Hong Kong’s beloved “Yuenyeung” (milk tea and coffee blend), Fujiwara brings together the depth of black tea and the bright intensity of lightly roasted espresso—layered with vanilla syrup for subtle sweetness and finished with fresh cream for a velvety mouthfeel.
Named BBTEA, short for “BLACK BLACK TEA,” it appeals not only to coffee devotees but to anyone craving a refined, contemporary flavor experience. Available in Tall size only, it’s as exclusive as it is irresistible.
In Fujiwara’s own words, “BBTEA by FRAGMENT is a hybrid, the best of both coffee and tea. It’s something you can enjoy time and again, effortlessly, anywhere you go. I really just wanted a drink that I would want to make for myself—and honestly, I love it iced. It’ll even perk you up when you need it.”
Reusable Cup FRGMT MYST—950 JPY (~US$6.5)
Minimalist yet unmistakable, the FRGMT MYST Reusable Cup captures the “less is more” sophistication that defines fragment. The iconic thunderbolt emblem takes pride of place on the front, while sharp “FRGMT” text runs along the side, and the emblem reappears on the back. This is the tumbler you’ll want on show, at every meeting, gym session, and caffeine fix.
