The Power Patron storyline was introduced in Duelist’s Advance, the most recent Yu-Gi-Oh TCG Core Booster prior to Doom of Dimensions. In the newer set, one of the most notable additions to the Power Patron archetype and thus the lore surrounding it is Jupiter the Power Patron of Destruction.

About Jupiter the Power Patron of Destruction (Doom of Dimensions DOOD-JP044)

This card has an in-universe connection to one of the two new archetypes introduced in Doom of Dimensions; specifically, Doom-Z. This is because Power Patron Machine Doom-Z, another card from Doom of Dimensions, features a character who is an incomplete mass-produced version of Jupiter the Power Patron of Destruction.

This is further referenced in one of the gameplay effects of Jupiter the Power Patron of Destruction which allows the player to detach a material from this card before Special Summon a Doom-Z monster from the Graveyard, then destroying a card on the field.

Since this card has a Prismatic Secret Rare version, there’s likely to be much demand for it from collectors. Those who are interested in the Yu-Gi-Oh universe’s lore are likely to take an interest in this card as well.

Release Details

This card’s English version will be out on 25 September 2025 along with the rest of Doom of Dimensions.
