Earlier this year, Nike turned a new page in its Air Max story with the debut of the Air Max Dn8. The silhouette has since seen various colorways and select collaborations, reinforcing its presence in the market. Now, the Swoosh revisits its partnership with Japanese label Cav Empt, a collaboration previously celebrated in 2019 with an apparel capsule and Air Max 95s.

About the Cav Empt x Nike Air Max Dn8

The latest chapter in their collaborative portfolio is previewed in Cav Empt’s Fall/Winter 2025 lookbook, where three iterations of the Air Max Dn8 are highlighted. Each pair continues the duo’s proclivity for bold, pixel-inspired patterns. Featured colorways include a combination of black and gray, a teal and white mix, and a muted all-gray option. The collaboration is represented by way of details such as the “CE” branding on the tongue.

Release Details

At the time of writing, neither party has announced official release details for the Air Max DN8 project. However, more details should surface in the coming months. Stay tuned!

The collection is expected to launch later in the year via Cav Empt, Nike, and select retailers, with a projected retail price of around US$200.
