As part of the Pokémon Presents livestream on 22 July 2025, Creatures Inc. confirmed that Worlds Celebration Tournaments to be organized at participating stores which have received authorization from Play! Pokémon—the official governing body of Pokémon TCG tournament play—will distribute two versions of a Pikachu card from the SVP Black Star Promos.

Worlds Celebration Tournaments will take place from 11 to 17 August to coincide with the 2025 Pokémon World Championships, which will be held in Anaheim from 15 to 17 August.

Every participant in a Worlds Celebration Tournament is slated to pick up a Pikachu card with the 2025 Pokémon World Championships logo on its right side; however, this card will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event that the store in question runs out of stock before distributing the card to all participants, the use of a replacement card is at the store’s own discretion.

Tournament winners will be awarded another version of that same card; that version has the Play! Pokémon in the background of the lower portion of the card and also has the word “WINNER” in gold on the left side of the card.

It isn’t yet known if these two cards will be released in any language other than English.
