About Monkey D. Luffy (Kingdoms of Intrigue [OP-04] OP04-090)

With a Power of 7000, this Character card is capable of taking out many major threats; however, due to its high cost of 7, it’s usually not playable until the late game. That said, with the right setup it can serve as one of the more underrated late-game finishers in the current ONE PIECE Card Game metagame.

The rarest version of this card comes in the rarity of Super Rare Parallel (SR-P). The Parallel Art illustration depicts the climax of the manga’s Dressrosa Saga in which Luffy deals the finishing blow in his fight against Donquixote Doflamingo, unleashing a ferocious Gum-Gum King Kong Gun in his Gear 4 form. This call-back to one of the manga’s most iconic sequences adds further value to the card.
