A Release Commemoration Event will be held at 19 participating BANDAI stores across Japan from 23 to 31 August 2025. The event will take place in conjunction with the launch of Carrying On His Will [OP-13], the next ONE PIECE expansion set, on 23 August.

Participants are to register for the event via the BANDAI TCG+ app. The application window began on 11 July and will last until 21 July. Successful applicants will be notified on 30 July.

Every participant will receive three items: a copy of the 5-card Promotion Pack Vol.7, one of the four cards from Standard Battle Pack Vol.12, and a special DON!! card. Attendees may also purchase a Carrying On His Will [OP-13] booster box at the event for the price of 5,280 JPY (~US$35).
