Beloved SNS-generation creator KAWAISOUNI! is partnering with Converse for the very first time. The result? A whimsical, emotionally-charged collision of culture, character, and street-style that redefines what it means to wear your heart—and your favorite mascots—on your feet.
The KAWAISOUNI! x Converse All Star Collection delivers three playful takes on the classic All Star silhouette, infused with the charming chaos of runaway characters Opanchu Usagi and Npochamu.
About the KAWAISOUNI! x Converse All Star Collection
The All Star CL Hi features subtle but standout character detailing embedded across the shoe’s canvas. Peek inside the classic ankle patch and you’ll find a mischievous mascot hiding out, while delicate bows and floral motifs peek from the outsole, winking with whimsy at every step. With a custom-drawn logo on the insole, this pair is a must-cop for true fans and collectors alike.
Doused from top to toe in a vibrant all-over print, the PT Hi version boldly showcases both iconic characters in a visual collage that tells a story with every stride. The tongue label switches up between shoes, showing off different character expressions. With custom insoles and a head-turning silhouette, the PT HI promises to bring a splash of pop to your daily rotation.
Designed with comfort and cuteness in mind, this room-shoe inspired sneaker kawaiifies relaxation with embroidered character faces on the toe caps—each foot sporting a different emotion. On the heel, you’ll find subtle nods to the characters’ personalities, like Opanchu’s iconic undies and Npochamu’s sweet macaron.

Expect the KAWAISOUNI! x Converse All Star sneakers to launch gradually from 1 August via Converse Japan, with prices ranging from 8,800 JPY (~US$59) to 11,000 JPY (~US$74). Don’t miss out!
