There are a total of 100 different cards in the Uma Musume Pretty Derby: Beginning of a New Era set; the following is the rarity breakdown of their basic versions:

• 10 Double Rares (RR)
• 12 Climax Rares (CR)
• 22 Rares (R)
• 28 Uncommons (U)
• 28 Commons (C)

All 100 cards also have a rarer version. 12 cards can come in Special (SP), 12 in Triple Rare (RRR), and 76 in Super Rare (SR).

Those who purchase an Uma Musume Pretty Derby: Beginning of a New Era box or carton will have one of eight foil-stamped autographed cards featuring the signature of one of the voice actors from the Uma Musume Pretty Derby anime series thrown in for free. Boxes and cartons from the first print run (but not later print runs) also include one of eight promotional cards.
