The JR East Mega Stamp Rally Event, an upcoming collaboration between the East Japan Railway Company (JR East) and Pokémon which will take place from 18 July to 31 August 2025, will be highlighted by various Pokémon-related items and merchandise to be distributed at JR East stations across Japan. One of these items is a jumbo promotional version of the Pikachu ex card originally released as part of Generations Start Deck Pikachu ex & Snorlax ex [SVM].

To obtain the jumbo Pikachu ex card, each event participant must first complete the 6-Station Course. Following this, the participant may proceed to redeem the card. The jumbo promotional version, as far as is known, will only be made available via this event.

There will also be other non-TCG Pokémon-related prizes to be redeemed by those who complete the 12-Station Course, 36-Station Course, and Shinkansen Course respectively.
