Melting Sadness, the Chinese design label known for its eccentric, bunny-themed collaborations with adidas, is charting a new course for Fall 2025. This season, the brand is partnering with Crocs for a Classic Clog collaboration, marking a shift in their partnership portfolio while maintaining its signature playful, plush-driven aesthetic.
About the Melting Sadness x Crocs Classic Clog
Founded by artist Zhang Quan, Melting Sadness brings its distinct visual language to the Crocs Classic Clog. The result: a transformation of the quintessential slip-on shoe into a fully furred bunny.
The upper is enveloped in bright blue faux fur, which extends into floppy ears, pom-pom tails, and stitched-on front teeth. Inside, paw-printed footbeds continue the theme, while green splatter accents on the sole evoke the look of a grassy burrow.
The collaboration also includes three custom Jibbitz charms: the Melting Sadness logo, a flower pot, and a small animated bunny character.
Release Details
The Melting Sadness x Crocs Classic Clog is scheduled to release this Fall on Crocs.com and at select global retailers.
