In conjunction with the opening of a new Pokémon Center in Kanazawa in November 2020, Creatures Inc. released the Pokémon Center Kanazawa Open Commemoration Special Box. Recently, this product has seen revived demand; its price has consequently risen to match the new level of fan interest.
About the Pokémon Center Kanazawa Open Commemoration Special Box
The Pokémon Center Kanazawa Open Commemoration Special Box contains 64 card sleeves as well as 19 Pokémon TCG booster packs from the eighth generation. The breakdown of these booster packs is as follows:
- 4x Shiny Star V [S4a]
- 3x Rebellion Crash [S2]
- 3x Explosive Walker [S2a]
- 3x Infinity Zone [S3]
- 3x Legendary Heartbeat [S3a]
- 3x Amazing Volt Tackle [S4]
Also included were three promotional cards: Milotic, Sobble, and Kanazawa’s Pikachu.

The Pokémon Center Kanazawa Open Commemoration Special Box is a Japanese-exclusive item. It has a sale price of 71,000 JPY (~US$490) following the recent price increase.
