For a long time, the Hina card originally from Absolute Justice [ST-06] was a relatively frequent inclusion in black decks for its cost-reducing capabilities. Although the card has seen a recent slight decline within the ONE PIECE Card Game metagame following the recent ban of the Gecko Moria Character card from Wings of the Captain [OP-06], it nonetheless remains one of the most important support cards in several different decks.

About Hina (Absolute Justice [ST-06] ST06-008)

This card’s effect can be described as “simple yet highly effective”. When played, the player has the chance to reduce an opposing Character card’s cost by 4, potentially setting up a crucial KO which the player might have otherwise been unable to obtain.

The Parallel Art reprint of this card from the Premium Card Collection -Best Selection Vol.2- is, to collectors, the more coveted of this card’s two versions. In addition to the fact that it depicts a female character, the fact that this iteration of the card featuring the Marine Rear Admiral is only available via that specific collection jacks up the card’s value.
