Although the recent ban of the Gecko Moria Character card from Wings of the Captain [OP-06] may be expected to adversely impact the Helmeppo card’s status within the ONE PIECE Card Game metagame, it’s nevertheless remained fairly relevant and continues to be a common inclusion in several black decks.

About Helmeppo (Absolute Justice [ST-06] ST06-010)

This is a generic cost-lowering card which reduces an opposing Character card’s cost by 3. It’s primarily used in combination with other cards which have similar effects and is therefore mainly included in decks which put much emphasis on opposing Character card cost reduction such as the Black Moria and Black Lucci decks.

The original version of this card was part of Absolute Justice [ST-06]; however, the version of the card which collectors tend to seek is the Parallel Art reprint which was first seen in ONE PIECE CARD THE BEST [PRB-01] as it’s the only Parallel Art version of the card to date.

This card has already been launched in English.

Buying a Helmeppo (Absolute Justice [ST-06] ST06-010) card of C-P rarity costs 1,080 JPY (~US$7.50).
