The Smoker Leader card which was released as part of Royal Blood [OP-10] is now the centerpiece of a deck which has begun to make a major impact in the ONE PIECE Card Game metagame. The card gives the deck much synergy with the Navy and Punk Hazard cards found in the Red/Green Smoker deck.

About Smoker (Royal Blood [OP-10] OP10-001)

The Leader effect of this Smoker card adds 1000 Power to every Navy and Punk Hazard Character card which the player has in play. It’s also a card which has utility in the late game after the player has managed to get high-Power Character cards into play because the card’s Leader effect also allows the player to set up to two DON!! cards as active if the player has a Character card with a Power of 7000 or more in play.

The iteration of this card which collectors would seek out is the Parallel Art version. This card’s value gets a boost from the female character effect even though Smoker is a male character. This is because the scene shown depicts him after a body swap with Tashigi, one of the officers who serves under him. The nature of this card also creates a gimmicky, off-beat vibe that attracts further attention.
