FDMTL and Vans OTW are set to release a distinctive collaboration with their new FDMTL x Vans OTW “Sashiko” collection, which includes the Half Cab 33 and Old Skool 36. This collection innovates by utilizing a cotton/rPET knit that mimics denim’s aesthetic, rather than actual denim.

About the FDMTL x Vans OTW “Sashiko” Collection

These sneakers feature traditional Japanese Sashiko-style patchwork stitching, imparting a unique, handcrafted appearance. Both models feature a bold one-piece upper design. The Old Skool also features a subtly stitched “Off The Wall” logo.

The Half Cab 33 maintains a comfortable mid-top profile, while the Old Skool 36 offers a sleek, low-cut design. The blend of textures, colors, and asymmetry ensures that these sneakers are both visually striking and effortlessly wearable.

Release Details

The FDMTL x Vans OTW “Sashiko” collection will be available on 30 May, exclusively online via Vans. The collection will be offered in men’s sizing, with the Old Skool priced at US$135 and the Half Cab at US$140.
