A card which had almost never seen tournament play until the emergence of the Green/Purple Luffy deck, the Electrical Luna card from Two Legends [OP-08] has proven to be a viable addition to a new variant of that deck for the counterplay option it supplies against certain other decks.

About Electrical Luna (Two Legends [OP-08] OP08-036)

Electrical Luna has a Trigger effect which allows the player to rest an opposing Character card. This makes the card a form of counterplay against decks such as the Red Zoro and Green Bonney decks as well as in mirror matchups by blunting their aggression, especially in the early game to mid-game. Additionally, since the Green/Purple Luffy deck makes use of DON!! ramping, the card’s cost of 3 isn’t as heavy as it may seem on the surface.

Electrical Luna is among the cards which is almost always more coveted by players than by collectors as a result of its low rarity of Rare (R) as well as its lack of a Parallel Art illustration.
