The Air Jordan 14 “Black/University Blue”, a notable release from the mid-2000s, is set to return next year. This sleek colorway, which originally debuted in 2006, is set to receive its first retro release, coinciding with its 20th anniversary.

About the Air Jordan 14 “Black/University Blue”

The design features black suede complemented by sharp University Blue accents, subtly referencing Michael Jordan’s University of North Carolina roots. Its primary inspiration, however, remains the Ferrari 550M, evident in the signature shield logo, ribbed panels, and aerodynamic curves. The look is completed with metallic silver shank plates and shiny midsole details, adding a touch of sporty luxury.

This upcoming release marks the first time the “Black/University Blue” colorway will be available as a standalone retro, having previously been part of the “Final Shot” era of the AJ14’s early-2000s run.

Release Details

The Air Jordan 14 “Black/University Blue” will be available on Nike.com and at select Jordan Brand retailers upon their release on 21 March 2026, with an RRP of US$200.
