Many copies of the English version of the Vegapunk card from ONE PIECE Card Game set 500 Years in the Future [OP-07] have been found to contain a typo on them. For this reason, BANDAI has edited the card and released the edited version so that it can be found in booster packs and boxes just as the iteration with the typo was.

The typo only existed on the standard version of the card but not on the Parallel Art version. Gameplay-wise, the edit changes nothing as it was purely a typo rather than an outright incorrect phrasing of the card’s effects.

Since the version of this card with the typo will be phased out, that particular version could experience a price spike at some point.

This is the first edit to an English card since Special Muggy Ball from Emperors in the New World [OP-09] received an edit in December 2024.
