Following the recent announcement that Terastal Festival ex [SV8a] booster boxes would be among several Pokémon TCG products to be restocked in June 2025, further information which is likely related has now been confirmed.

When Will the Terastal Festival ex [SV8a] Restock Raffle Be Held?

From 16 May 2025 at 10AM JST (15 May 6PM PDT) to 20 May at 5PM JST (1AM PDT), interested buyers may proceed to the official Japanese Pokémon Center Online website to enter a lottery for the chance to purchase a Terastal Festival ex [SV8a] booster box. Lottery results will be revealed after 3PM JST on 23 May (11PM PDT on 22 May) and successful applicants may make their purchases between 23 May at 3PM JST (22 May 11PM PDT) and 27 May at 5PM JST (1AM PDT).

Each booster box will sell for 5,500 JPY (~US$38).

It isn’t yet known when the booster boxes will arrive at the addresses of those who purchase one via the lottery; however, it will most likely be at a date close to the upcoming restock.

What Is Terastal Festival ex [SV8a]?

Terastal Festival ex [SV8a], an Eeveelution-centric ninth-generation Pokémon TCG expansion set, was first released in Japanese in December 2024 and in English in January 2025 under the name “Prismatic Evolutions” [PRE]. Despite not even having been out for half a year as of this post, it’s already become one of the biggest fan-favorite Pokémon TCG sets of all time.

Upon release, the set saw near-unprecedented demand, and to this day, many of its cards continue to sell for significant prices.
