Crocs continues to blur the lines between comfort footwear and pop culture, and this upcoming collaboration further highlights just how central the Classic Clog silhouette has become in bridging the two worlds. The brand’s newest team-up with Pokémon brings an iconic (albeit symbolic) rivalry to life, pitting Charizard against Blastoise in a head-to-head design on the Classic Clog.

About the Pokémon x Crocs Classic Clog “Charizard vs. Blastoise”

The release features a mismatched aesthetic: the right clog fades from black to orange, a nod to Charizard, while the left gradiates from black to blue, channeling Blastoise. Each Pokémon is represented through graphic patterns on the Croslite foam upper: Charizard’s outline and signature flames on one, Blastoise’s shell and water motifs on the other.

Jibbitz charms add another layer of character, with each clog sporting its respective Pokémon and their elemental symbols. The classic Croslite foam construction is also present, with the themed midsoles and adjustable sports mode straps, hallmark features of the Classic Clog. Additional details include Pokémon branding on the heel, Pokéball accents on the strap buttons, and a tonal black outsole.

Release Details

The Pokémon x Crocs Classic Clog “Charizard vs. Blastoise” was recently launched by German retailer BSTN. A wider release via Crocs and select retailers is expected later in 2025. The Pokémon Clogs are available in men’s sizing and retail for US$70.
