In June 2025, six ONE PIECE Card Game Starter Decks will be released worldwide: the Red Shanks [ST-23], Green Jewelry Bonney [ST-24], Blue Buggy [ST-25], Purple/Black Monkey D. Luffy [ST-26], Black Marshall D. Teach [ST-27], and Green/Yellow Yamato [ST-28] Starter Decks. In conjunction with their launch, participating stores outside Japan and Asia-Pacific will hold Beginners Deck Party events from 6 to 27 June 2025.

At each event, an in-store tournament will be held; all players must use one of the six aforementioned Starter Decks as-is. All participants will receive one of six playsheets as well as one of six cards from the Participation Pack.

Tournament winners will be awarded one of six cards from the Winner Pack as well as a special card case. Each card from the Winner Pack will be covered in a layer of silver holofoil.
