New Balance, a brand synonymous with its iconic grey sneakers, is dedicating the entirety of May 2025 to this signature colorway with an event titled “Grey Days”. For decades, the Boston-based company has established greyscale footwear as a hallmark of its identity.
About the New Balance “Grey Days” 2025 Collection
Throughout May, collectors can anticipate the release of an impressive array of 21 different sneaker models.






This extensive collection includes the Minimus MT10, 740, 1000, Fresh Foam X 1080v14, 9060, CT500, Fresh Foam Trainer, the highly anticipated 1906L Loafer, ABZORB 2010, 471, Andrew Reynolds’ Numeric 933, and the celebrated New Balance 1300JP.



The initial week, commencing on 1 May, will see the debut of the first seven models listed. Subsequently, on 14 May, the much-discussed 1906L Loafer will be released, showcasing the classic raincloud and grey hues favored by New Balance aficionados.

The third week holds further releases, with the introduction of the new 2010 and 471 sneakers—designs drawing inspiration from New Balance’s running heritage—on 22 May. This will be followed by the launch of Andrew Reynolds’ greyscale Numeric 933 on 26 May.
The month culminates in the fourth week with the return of the New Balance 1300JP, a highly coveted model in Japan that is only available approximately every five years. In addition to these specific releases, various popular New Balance models, such as the 1906R, 530, 2002R, 550, 990v6, 327, and 574, will also feature new grey colorways throughout the month. Furthermore, a selection of apparel will also be part of the Grey Days offerings.
Release Details
New Balance’s Grey Days event will commence in May 2025, with the footwear priced between US$40 and US$330.
