London-based streetwear label Aries has teamed up with PUMA once again to produce a collection that’s reflective of the latter’s recent edgier direction. The Aries x PUMA collection, consisting of the Mostro and apparel to go along, will hit retail in May 2025.

About the Aries x PUMA Collection

This isn’t Aries’ first rodeo with PUMA, with 2024 seeing a stealthy black version of the Mostro and Suede in September. Now, in 2025, the Mostro returns in this earth-toned palette with pops of color via an iridescent panel along the midfoot. A lace-up closure that conceals the traditional forefoot strap and intricate leather detailing give the shoe a handcrafted feel.

The wider collection is a capsule that fuses sports and mixed martial arts (MMA) themes with tribal-inspired patterns. Aries has applied its unique lens to PUMA’s sportswear heritage, resulting in a range of clothing, footwear, and accessories.

The apparel selection features form-fitting tops and button-down shirts adorned with neo-tribal MMA graphics, alongside lightweight jackets and trousers showcasing striking gradient effects and beadwork. Terry-like hoodies and shorts display all-over graphics incorporating Aries’ signature “A” motif within a martial arts context. Completing the apparel are T-shirts, caps, duffel bags, and other accessories with stone-washed treatments and fighting figure graphics.

The campaign imagery for this collection was captured by acclaimed fashion and sports photographer Norbert Schoerner. Professional Muay Thai fighter Anna “Supergirl” Jaroonsak fronts the campaign, embodying the collection’s physicality and fighting spirit. The visuals evoke the atmosphere of 1990s and 2000s fighting video games, featuring recognizable characters and battle arenas.

The Aries x PUMA collection will be available via PUMA Store Harajuku Cat Street, PUMA Store Osaka, PUMA’s official Japanese online store, the PUMA app, and select retailers on 3 May 2025.
