On 27 April 2025, BANDAI CARD GAMES Metaverse Lobby was discontinued in Asia-Pacific. As such, ONE PIECE Card Game events as well as events of other BANDAI TCG franchises available through it will no longer be available to players in Asia-Pacific.

Having been rebranded from its prior name of “BANDAI TCG ONLINE LOBBY”, BANDAI CARD GAMES Metaverse Lobby was introduced to Asia-Pacific in January 2024 after having already been available in Japan since March 2023.

Following this discontinuation, BANDAI CARD GAMES Metaverse Lobby is now only available in Japan as it had not been released internationally apart from Asia-Pacific.

BANDAI is yet to release a statement on why BANDAI CARD GAMES Metaverse Lobby was discontinued outside Japan.
