Shadow of Undying Vengeance, the third expansion of the Ultraman Card Game, will be arriving in stores across 23 countries and regions on 25 April 2025. It will be available in English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.

Shadow of Undying Vengeance will be the Ultraman Card Game’s first-ever Kaiju-centric expansion. For the first time, players will have the opportunity to wield cards featuring the well-known antagonists of the Ultraman franchise. It will even be possible for players to construct an entire deck built around Kaiju cards if they so desire.

The most notable of the Kaijus introduced in Shadow of Undying Vengeance will be Alien Baltan, Alien Metron, and Kyrieloid. Also to be featured will be Ultraman Belial—Ultraman Zero’s arch enemy who was corrupted by his endless lust for power.

A new feature added to the Ultraman Card Game will be the Kaiju Level-Up gameplay mechanic, paralleling the level-up mechanic already available to Ultra Hero cards, which enables players to power up their Kaiju cards. The addition of this gameplay mechanic is expected to add more options to deck construction.

Standout cards from Shadow of Undying Vengeance will include Art Parallel (AP), Special Parallel (SP), Triple Rare (RRR), and Ultra Rare (UR) cards as well as the set’s chase card—an Extra Parallel (ExP) Emi Aobe card. Illustrated by sacanahen, that card will depict a scene from Ultraman Blazar.

A Shadow of Undying Vengeance booster pack will cost S$5 (~US$3.80) while a 24-pack booster box will sell for S$125 (~US$95).
