When played, this card allows an Animal-type Character card with a Power of 3000 or less to be played from the player’s hand. This relatively simple effect can be highly effective in decks which are heavily reliant on cards of that archetype as it provides the player with a relatively simple option to obtain board control.

This card depicts a side of Chopper which is seldom seen with the medic of the Straw Hat Pirates who’s often derided as by far the weakest member of the crew in position for combat, ready to attack. However, due to its low rarity of Common (C), this novelty factor has thus not been enough for many collectors to chase it and thus elevate its value; it’s therefore still best-known among players.
