Edison Chen’s CLOT and adidas Originals continue their collaborative journey, this time reimagining the iconic Stan Smith with distinctive beaded embellishments on the heel. Known for their East-meets-West design ethos, their interpretations of sportswear consistently offer a unique perspective.

About the CLOT x adidas Stan Smith “Beads”

Over the past few years, CLOT has frequently revisited the Stan Smith silhouette and similar low-top sneakers. This newest iteration maintains a clean aesthetic with a “Cloud White/Night Navy” color palette. The most notable alteration is the replacement of the traditional heel panel with an intricate beaded design incorporating black, blue, and white hues, lending a stylish update to the classic tennis shoe.

Inside, collaborative CLOT and adidas branding is evident, while the tongue features subtly debossed portraits. Furthermore, Asian characters adorn the toe box, serving as a nod to the partnership’s cultural fusion.

Release Details

The CLOT x adidas Stan Smith “Beads” is poised to drop sometime in 2025 via adidas brick-and-click stores. Official pricing information remains scarce, but watch this space should it surface.
