About the West NYC x adidas Tip Top Shoes 85th Anniversary Collection

The collection kicks off with the adidas SL 72 RS, featuring a rich burgundy suede upper, wingtip-style detailing, and perforated cream leather stripes for a refined touch. A yellowed midsole adds vintage flair, nodding to Tip Top’s old-school sit-and-fit service tradition.

Meanwhile, the Handball Spezial turns heads with a textured pink bouclé knit upper splashed with vibrant purple and red accents. Gold-stitched SL “West Side” and “Best Side” embroidery on the heels proudly reps the shop’s Upper West Side roots.

Release Details

The West NYC x adidas Tip Top Shoes 85th Anniversary Collection officially launches on 26 April via West NYC and Tip Top Shoes. Retail prices are US$120 for the SL 72 RS, and US$130 for the Handball Spezial.

adidas and West NYC are throwing a special event on 24 April with a live DJ set from Nina Sky to mark the launch. A portion of the proceeds will support the Two Ten Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to helping footwear workers in need.
