Fan Rotom’s standout feature is Fan Call, its Ability. By using Fan Call, the player has the opportunity to take up to three Normal-type Pokémon with 100 HP from the deck and put them in hand. As such, Fan Call is often used in the early game as a way to build up the player’s Bench.
