Nike Ja 2 “Murray State” [Release Date/Price/Where To Buy]
While not an official collaboration, the color scheme echoes the Murray State Racers' team colors.
Nike and Ja Morant are dropping a new Nike Ja 2 “Murray State” in April 2025 as a nod to his time at Murray State University.
About the Nike Ja 2 “Murray State”
The Nike Ja 2 “Murray State” sports a white mesh upper accented with gold that wraps around the midsole and fades into white. Navy blue highlights the collar and the Nike Swoosh. Giving it a collegiate feel, the Swoosh is made with fuzzy chenille, reminiscent of varsity jacket letters. While not an official collaboration, the color scheme echoes the Murray State Racers’ team colors.
The shoe maintains comfort with Zoom Air cushioning and a sturdy midsole. A high-grip rubber outsole ensures traction on indoor courts. Details include “12 AM” on the heel, symbolizing Morant’s dedication, and his logo on the tongue, further adding to the meaningful aspect of the design.
Release Details
The Nike Ja 2 “Murray State” will be available on 18 April 2025 via Nike Basketball retailers and Nike.com, priced at US$140 USD.
