The next Yu-Gi-Oh TCG Limited Pack has now been confirmed—and it’s one which will hold tremendous appeal to those who got into Yu-Gi-Oh by way of spin-off anime series Yu-Gi-Oh GX. Pre-orders form Limited Pack GX: Slifer Red will begin in early May 2025.

About Limited Pack GX: Slifer Red

Pre-orders for Limited Pack GX: Slifer Red can be made via the Konami Style website as well as at any Konami Card Game Station Satellite Shops in Japan.

Limited Pack GX: Slifer Red will contain 10 booster packs of 4 cards each. These cards will be selected from a list of 56 cards of which 10 are new; the remaining 46 are reprints.

Every card in Limited Pack GX: Slifer Red will be an Ultra Rare; in addition, 24 will have a Secret Rare version and 12 will have a Prismatic Secret Rare version. One of the reprinted cards will also have a never-before-seen illustration; the identity of this card isn’t yet known.

The cards in Limited Pack GX: Slifer Red will be among those featured in Yu-Gi-Oh GX; specifically, in the episodes covering protagonist Jaden Yuki’s first year at Duel Academy. In addition to cards used by Jaden, other cards included in Limited Pack GX: Slifer Red showed up in the anime in the hands of Lyman Banner and Bastion Misawa.

No information about any English launch of Limited Pack GX: Slifer Red is known as of yet.

The retail price of Limited Pack GX: Slifer Red will be 3,500 JPY (~US$23).
