The word “legend” tends to be overused, a hyperbole. But not for Kobe Bryant, whose cultural relevance extends beyond his basketball legacy. Nike’s sustained production of Protro and lifestyle lines to this day demonstrates the prevailing influence of the Black Mamba. All of these will be embodied in the upcoming Nike Air Force 1 “Kobe Forever” Pack.

About the Nike Air Force 1 “Kobe Forever” Pack

The Nike Air Force 1 “Kobe Forever” Pack, comprising “White”, “Black”, “Varsity Purple”, and “Medium Olive”, utilizes the Air Force 1 ’07 silhouette, with potential updates to reflect the original Air Force 1 construction. Based on the mockups, the color palette will be monochromatic, extending across the leather and nylon panels.

The hallmark of this retrofitting is the inclusion of Kobe Bryant’s sheath logo, which replaces standard Nike branding on the vamp and tongue tag. The logo is also present on the lateral heel, with Bryant’s number 24 embroidered on the heel tab. Speculative mock-ups suggest the potential incorporation of snakeskin material within the design.

Release Details

The AF1 “Kobe Forever” Pack is scheduled for release sometime in Fall 2025 via Nike and select retailers, both online and in-store. The shoe will be available in men’s sizing and will retail for US$130.
