About the Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance RC56
A glimpse of the Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance RC56, shared via Teddy Santis, reveals a palette of rich green, electric yellow, and metallic silver.
The RC56 is a silhouette imbued with the DNA of classic NB runners—the 860v2, 1000, and 1906R. Breathable mesh, the foundation of its form, is interwoven with sinuous synthetic overlays, culminating in a green mudguard.
The yellow “N” pierces the design, with co-branded tongue tags and embroidered ALD branding on the heel. Beneath, the FuelCell midsole, a nod to the 990v6, ensures a responsive cadence, while a stability shank and aggressive tread pattern, a direct descendant of the Trackster and RX505 lineages, promise the traction.
