[Pokémon TCG] Defiance Band (SV-P Promotional Cards 109/SV-P) [Release Date/Price/Where To Buy]
The promotional version was only awarded to top-64 finishers at Champions League tournaments in Japan in the 2023-24 tournament season or at the 2024 Japan Championships.

Following its introduction in Scarlet ex [SV1S], Pokémon Tool card Defiance Band soon saw use in several Pokémon TCG tournament decks. While not necessarily an obvious pick for any of those decks, its situational utility had the potential to be of great use to the player under the right circumstances.
About Defiance Band (SV-P Promotional Cards 109/SV-P)
The Pokémon to which Defiance Band is attached is able to dish out an extra 30 damage per attack before applying weakness and resistance. However, this effect is only active if the player has more Prize cards remaining than the opponent. As such, it’s typically used as a means for a player to mount a comeback. When timed correctly, Defiance Band can enable the player’s Pokémon to ideally score a KO on one of the opponent’s multi-Prize Pokémon and swing the balance of the game right there and then.
For collectors, the version of this card which is most desired has to be the promotional version which was awarded to all top-64 finishers at any Champions League tournament in Japan over the 2023-24 Pokémon TCG tournament season as well as top-64 finishers at the 2024 Japan Championships. This version of the card has the Championship Series 2024 logo on its right side.
