[Update 19 May 2025] It’s now been confirmed that this Starter Deck’s international launch will be on 6 June 2025.

[Update 2 Apr 2025] The official image of the Starter Deck has been released on the official ONE PIECE Card Game website.

[Update 19 Mar 2025] It has been confirmed that the international release has been scheduled for June 2025 and will cost US$11.99.

Six ONE PIECE Card Game Starter Decks, each corresponding to a specific color, set to be released on 28 June 2025 were revealed during the official livestream of BANDAI CARD GAMES Fest 24-25 World Tour Final in Japan. They will drop on 28 June 2025.

One of the six decks revealed was the Blue Buggy Starter Deck [ST-25]. It can be regarded as a successor to the Blue Donquixote Doflamingo Starter Deck [ST-17].

Like all other 50-card Starter Decks, the Blue Buggy Starter Deck [ST-25] will be designed to be able to be played as-is because it’s primarily targeted at new ONE PIECE Card Game players.

Since it’s mainly meant for newcomers, the Blue Buggy Starter Deck [ST-25] won’t cost much; it will go for a price of just 550 JPY (~US$3.70).
