[ONE PIECE Card Game] Expansion Set Release: OP-13 [Release Date/Price/Where To Buy]
Yes, it was, in fact, confirmed before OP-12 was.
BANDAI has recently confirmed that OP-13 will be released on 23 August 2025. The announcement was made at BANDAI CARD GAMES Fest 24-25 World Tour Final in Japan—the finale of the world tour.
The set will be centered around Monkey D. Luffy, Portgas D. Ace, and Sabo in their younger days; as such, it can be regarded as an expanded version of The Three Brothers [ST-13], a Starter Deck also themed around the trio. Coincidentally, The Three Brothers [ST-13] was the 13th Starter Deck just as OP-13 will be the 13th main set.
The price of a booster pack of OP-13 will be 220 JPY (~US$1.47) while a booster box will go for 5,280 JPY (~US$35).
