[ONE PIECE Card Game] Kingdom Come (Extra Booster Memorial Collection [EB-01] EB01-059) [Release Date/Price/Where To Buy]
So much for the Yellow Enel deck becoming the deck to beat...

Although neither the Black/Yellow Luffy nor the Yellow Enel decks were at the absolute peak of the ONE PIECE Card Game metagame when BANDAI made their newest banlist announcement, both decks were nonetheless dealt a major blow with the ban of the Kingdom Come card from the Extra Booster Memorial Collection [EB-01].
About Kingdom Come (Extra Booster Memorial Collection [EB-01] EB01-059)
On the surface, this card which auto-KOs an opposing Character card before forcing the player to discard all but one Life card doesn’t appear to be particularly game-breaking; indeed, not many in the community had been advocating for its ban prior to the announcement. The main reason behind this card’s ban has to do with the fact that following the introduction of the Enel Character card from the Anime 25th Collection [EB-02] to the Yellow Enel deck, the deck would likely have become overpowered if Kingdom Come had still been tournament-legal.
A card with a rarity of Rare (R), this card’s value had primarily been linked to its gameplay viability rather than its collectability; however, this may soon change. Now that the card has been banned, its status among collectors could potentially be elevated, leading to potential increased demand and a subsequent price spike.
