Pokémon Go PokéStops at Latin America’s Official Pokémon TCG League Venues to Feature Journey Together [JTG] Imagery
In honor of the Latin American Spanish debut of the Pokémon TCG.
The upcoming international release of Journey Together [JTG] on 28 March 2025 will see the debut of the Pokémon TCG in Spanish. To commemorate this, in augmented reality (AR) mobile game Pokémon Go, PokéStops located at official Pokémon TCG League venues throughout Latin America will display the image of the Latin American Spanish version of the Journey Together [JTG] expansion set.
With this expansion set, cards written specifically in Latin American Spanish will be featured. They will be differentiated them from the previously available Peninsular Spanish versions. This integration of the Latin American Spanish version of Journey Together [JTG] into Pokémon Go not only acknowledges the cultural significance of the new language inclusion but also promotes the rich tradition of the Pokémon TCG within the region.
As the Pokémon TCG continues to expand its reach, the introduction of Latin American Spanish cards signifies a deeper connection with the Latin American fanbase.

This joint effort by Creatures Inc. and Pokémon Go developer Niantic underscores both companies’ commitment to providing localized content that resonates with players across different cultures and languages.
