Not surprisingly, this card’s illustration depicts Evil★Twin Lil-la, a card with the Dark attribute alongside Live☆Twin Ki-sikil—the version of Ki-sikil with the Light attribute. As such, the juxtaposition of the two highlights the clear contrast between the two characters. In addition, the card has demographical appeal because it depicts two highly popular female characters—and not only that; the illustrators obviously went out of their way to play up the character’s sex appeal. In fact, this was deemed “too obvious” by Konami’s international board; as such, Lil-la was redrawn to be in a slightly less revealing outfit in prints of the card outside Japan and Asia-Pacific except for South Korea.

The card’s rarity of Quarter Century Secret Rare as well as its depiction of a highly popular character thus aren’t the only reasons driving up this card’s appeal. The controversy surrounding the censorship of the card’s illustration when it was released internationally would draw further attention to the card and put it in the spotlight.
