Effect Veiler is a card that is probably best known for being used by Yusei Fudo, the protagonist of Yu-Gi-Oh anime spin-off Yu-Gi-Oh 5D’s. Yusei used it in four Duels between Episodes 89 and 134. For that reason, those who became interested in the Yu-Gi-Oh TCG by way of Yu-Gi-Oh 5D’s are likely to find this card particularly appealing.

Being a card that depicts a female character, this card’s value is therefore elevated accordingly as one might expect; the card’s rarity of Quarter Century Secret Rare further augments this value-raising effect.
