About the Bisso x Saucony Shadow 5000 “Bondamanjak”

Inspired by the hot Bondamanjak pepper, the shoe showcases a bold mix of colors and patterns, mirroring the chili’s ripening stages, from vibrant green to fiery red and orange. A mix of premium materials—including suede, perforated suede, smooth leather, and Madras fabric—creates a distinctive aesthetic.

Custom details, such as an embroidered SB logo, a “Bondamanjak” inscription, and a chili pepper tongue label, further emphasize the cultural inspiration. The insole displays a chili pepper print, while the teal blue lining is a nod to the waters of Guadeloupe.

A colorful outsole represents the diverse landscapes of the Antilles. The shoes come in a special wood-effect box with a colorful cover and include two sets of laces: teal blue and red.
