[Update 24 Feb 2025] Securing a pair of Nike’s upcoming Air Max 1 Low Poly “Adventure” release will involve a unique and interactive experience. Drawing inspiration from the Tomb Raider gaming franchise, this special edition sneaker will be available to .SWOOSH users who successfully complete a digital quest.

Starting 24 February at 10AM (PST), Nike will host an online adventure on www.swoosh.nike, featuring three puzzles to solve. Participants who correctly answer the challenges will gain access to purchase the Air Max 1 Low Poly “Adventure” via SNKRS on 26 February.

Nike continues its exploration of Web3 with its .SWOOSH label, introducing exciting real-world products. Following the Donkey Kong-themed .SWOOSH x Nike Air Max 1, designer Bryce Wong unveiled another striking colorway: the .SWOOSH x Nike Air Max 1 Poly Adventure “Tomb Raider”.

About the .SWOOSH x Nike Air Max 1 Poly Adventure “Tomb Raider”

This iteration draws inspiration from Lara Croft’s classic look in the original Tomb Raider game, featuring pixelated graphics and a bluish color scheme reminiscent of her tank top. Low-poly design elements, such as the mudguard and Swoosh, create a distinctive aesthetic. The insole even incorporates a Tomb Raider reference—“F0rW4rD B4CK L3F7 3 7IM35” and “B4CKW4rD5 JUMP” (Forward back left 3 times, backward jump)—a nod to a cheat code from the game.

Release Details

The .SWOOSH x Nike Air Max 1 Poly Adventure “Tomb Raider” is expected to be released in Spring 2025 for US$160. Like previous .SWOOSH releases, it will likely be available to .SWOOSH account holders.
