This card will not only hold much appeal for many Yu-Gi-Oh TCG fans because it depicts a female character; characters on cards of the Live☆Twin archetype are based on online personas of VTubers. There’s a large overlap between fans of these VTubers, especially female VTubers, and the TCG community in general. Add in the fact that this card comes in Quarter Century Secret Rare and all the elements for this card to be a massive hit are in place.

This Live☆Twin Lil-la Sweet makes use of an eye-catching cartoonish, chibi-like art style which makes its imagery stand out. This art style also alludes to the fact that the character in question is based on VTubers’ online personas as many of them do make use of chibi-like avatars. Like all other Lil-la cards, the card’s effect involves the use of Ki-sikil cards as both such card types are linked.
