As the Air Jordan 1 celebrates its 40th anniversary, Jordan Brand is pulling out all the bells and whistles, from OG colorways to new iterations. Nevertheless, amidst the fanfare, minimalism finds a spot: the return of the Jordan 1 Low NS “No Swoosh Pack”.

About the Air Jordan 1 Retro Low NS “No Swoosh Pack”

First unveiled in 2016, this two-pack dared to strip away the Swoosh, the very emblem of the brand. The result is a silhouette that, paradoxically, felt both familiar and novel. Like a minimalist sculpture, the absence of the logo allowed the clean lines and premium tumbled leather to take centerstage.

This year, the pack returns, cloaked in a monochrome palette. The Black pair marries a jet-black upper with a Sail sole. Its counterpart, a ghost of its former self, is a canvas of White.

While the Swooshes may have vanished, the spirit of the Jumpman remains; represented by the Nike Air branding on the tongue, the winged iconography on the heel, and the subtle insoles.

Release Details

The Air Jordan 1 Low NS “No Swoosh Pack” is slated for a July 2025 release, arriving at Nike and select Jordan Brand retailers for US$140.
