New Balance had a stellar year in 2024. The Boston-based shoe brand found a formula that worked for them; we’ve explained it and shortlisted 10 of what we think are the best pairs to come out of the woodwork from them last year, here.

Looking forward to what New Balance offers this 2025, we have a rather substantial list. Of course, there are the usual suspects in standout collaborators: Salehe Bembury, Aimé Leon Dore, JJJJound, and Action Bronson. The latter, although he only began dropping shoes with the brand in 2023, has already put out multiple bangers.

But New Balance’s excellence spans farther than the mere gravitas of the names they work with. Their modus operandi situates their greatness in the general releases they regularly dish out, as well. Look forward to seeing familiar favorites like the 1000, 1906R, 1906L, and 9060 take center stage, but also keep an eye out for a slew of other silhouettes to take the limelight now and then. The likes of the 1500, 990v6, 991v2, WRPD Runner, and FuelCell Rebel can be expected, among many others.
