Each month’s issue of shōnen animanga magazine V Jump typically has a new Yu-Gi-Oh TCG promotional card that comes with it. The March 2025 issue will be launched on 21 March 2025 and have an Ukanomitsune-no-Tamayura card bundled with it.

About Ukanomitsune-no-Tamayura (V Jump March 2025 Promotional Card VJMP-JP265)

From what is so far known about this card, it’s intended to work well in tandem with several cards from the upcoming Yu-Gi-Oh TCG Core Booster Alliance Insight. It’s a Beast-type Monster card that supports other Monster cards—specifically, those that have a Light attribute.

The card’s name is likely a reference to Ukanomitama, a kami in classical Japanese mythology associated with agriculture. A second reference to Japanese mythology in its name is that alluding to Tamamo-no-Mae who according to the legends, was a courtesan whose true identity was that of a fox spirit.
