On 7 February 2025, the ONE PIECE Card Game will make its debut in French. On that day, the following items will be launched in French: Emperors in the New World [OP-09] and six Starter Decks—Red Edward Newgate [ST-15], Green Uta [ST-16], Blue Donquixote Doflamingo [ST-17], Purple Monkey D. Luffy [ST-18], Black Smoker [ST-19], and Yellow Charlotte Katakuri [ST-20].

In honor of this milestone, the Special Release Event will be held at participating stores between 31 January and 16 February. It isn’t yet known if this event will be exclusive to France or be held in other French-speaking countries as well.

At each Special Release Event, an in-store tournament will be held. All participants will receive a copy of a promotional Monkey D. Luffy card, a 2-card Special Release Event Pack, and a special DON!! card. Tournament winners also stand to pick up Parallel Art versions of the Sabo, Portgas D. Ace, and Monkey D. Luffy cards from The Three Brothers [ST-13].
