Since the One Piece manga series has been running in shōnen animanga magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump for over a quarter of a century, it should come as no surprise that sometimes, a promotional ONE PIECE Card Game card will come bundled with specific issues of Weekly Shōnen Jump or one of its sister publications.

This time around, the card in question will be coming with an upcoming issue of one of those sister publications: specifically, Saikyō Jump. The card will be a promotional Tony Tony Chopper card to be released on 4 January 2025.

About Tony Tony Chopper (Promotional Cards P-089)

This promotional card will be distributed with the February 2025 issue of Saikyō Jump which will be available starting from 4 January. It will be the second promotional Chopper card to be released. The first was more than a year ago; it was launched in December 2023. Coincidentally, the prior promotional Chopper card was also bundled with an issue of one of Weekly Shōnen Jump’s sister publications; in that specific instance, it was the Winter 2024 issue of Bentame Jump.

Since Chopper is among the most popular One Piece characters and has been featured heavily on much of the franchise’s marketing and promotional material, it’s only to be expected that this card will attract much demand. In addition, this card makes use of a slightly different art style than the usual, adding an element of visual novelty.

Release Details

It isn’t yet known if this card will ever be released in English. Additionally, the card’s sale price will only be known after the first copies make it to the open market. Stay with us for more information on that.
